Pinnacle Talent Group was born out of frustration — the kind that comes from watching great practices struggle to find qualified staff while talented healthcare professionals couldn't connect with the right opportunities.

We started in Florida, where the healthcare market is one of the fastest-growing and most competitive in the country. From Tampa Bay to Miami, from Jacksonville to Naples, we built relationships with practices, hospitals, and health systems that needed a recruiting partner who actually understood their world.
